Further Unmanned Strategies

Observations:

Above the city of London, held up and observed, the city as Icon watched by the Urban eye, its own life observed and watched. The CCTV scanned but is not watched. Observed but not registered, Policed but not safe. Traffic pushes across the city, the river disappears into the bricks and stones and people, the sky fills with observers with programmed strategies and plans of security impossible to deliver.
